Luiz Carlos Simão: Mr. Simão graduated in Economics from the Candido Mendes University in 1996. He completed his MBA in Finance at IBMEC in 1999 and an MBA in Administration from COPPEAD in 2002. He has been approved by CVM as a fund manager and as a self-employed investment agent. He also has been certified with CPA-20 by ANBID. Since 1992, Mr. Simão worked as Sales Officer and as International Fixed Income Trader at Brascan Corretora, Banco Brascan and Graphus Corretora. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Simão was a Managing Director of Questus Asset Management. He has just joined Banco Brascan with the responsibility of distribution, sales and investor relations.
